already installed?

I have a program that is used by my photo software. It deals with raw images.
When I run the software it says the file is not installed but when I run to
instal the programme it reports it is already installed and does not instal
it. It is showing on the list of programs that can be removed or changed but
rreports no size. When I try to remove it it reports that the computer has
not been changed because the instal wizard has benn stopped. Please
someone help as many of my photographs cannot be loaded for editing.. Thank
you

You don't say what program you're trying to install but I would think
the place to start would be with their support.

Is it a RAW Plug-In perhaps for another program like Photoshop or something?
