In my Microsoft Office 2000 Small Business Outlook Contacts / Address Book I
alphabetize by organization name or by a person's last name if there's no
organization. Every time a change is made to a record, it re-alphabetizes
itself by first name instead of by organization or last name. (When I start
from the Inbox and do a New Mail Message, the person/org appears under the
first name, which means I must hunt for it and then re-alphabetize for the
future. Any clues?
