My All Programs is all scrambled--I have three separate alphabetized groupings, and Accessories is in the third group. It's all mixed up, and I don't know how it happened. Can somebody please help? Thanks.

Have you tried right clicking on any one of those programs and then
selecting Sort by Name.

Click on All Programs and then Right Click on the "All Programs" menu and
select "Sort by Name" this should help.

? I'm puzzzled!
Do you mean the words *All Programs*, that appear directly above the *Start*
button when it is clicked?
If so I don't get the *Sort* option...

Left click on Start, left click on All Programs, select any program and
right click and then left click "Sort by Name".

Bizarre!
I would have expected it to sort _only_ that folder and its contents by
doing that, not the whole lot!

Thanks tho... :-)
