ALPHABETIZE INCELL

My question is how alphabetize names in excel 97. I
have this guest list that one of my pilots sent me and
it's somewhat like a spread sheet, but he want the names
to be in alphabetical order. Can you please help me.

- simply select your data range and goto 'Data Sort'
- choose your sorting order
done.
