You can't. Labels are tables, and tables can be sorted by only one column at
a time. You can convert the tables to text, sort, and then reconvert to a
table, but it will be a lot of work. You'd be much better advised to convert
the labels to a mail merge data source, from which you can merge labels in
any format, plus lists ("catalogs" or "directories"), envelopes, letters,
