HI Guys

My sister somehow managed to install a toolbar called "Alot" on here Vista
32bit OS Both she and I have full admin rights but when we both try to
uninstall it it says we do not have the correct admin rights to do it. I am
usisng the add/remove program to try and uninstall. Also went to the program
files it's self in the hard drive folder programs and tried the same with
it's own uninstall icon but got the same message about not having uses
rights.

Can anybody point me in the right direction as to get rid of this or how to
set up my user rights

TIA

Steve

Try this: On it's own uninstall icon, right click, choose run as
administrator.

Good luck
