OK, I have finally found a program that almost meets my needs. Although I
am not that interested in just syncing up my photos. I am actually looking
for a prog that acts just like Active Sync between my laptop and my desktop.
I tried using Laplink Gold (no thanks) it just wasn't that user friendly.
However, SyncToy gets me to where I can sync up my documents between the 2
PCs. I am still left out in the cold for syncing my Outlook between the 2
PCs. To make matters worse, I do sync my laptop (primary PC used while on
the road) with my PDA. That works great. Now, I just need to a way to sync
my desktop and laptop. This way I can have both in sync when I head out on
the road.

I can sync them manually by backing up my Outlook and restoring to the other
PC. But, I would love to be able to automatically sync the 2.

Anyone have any ideas???? Desperately seeking an easier sync method. GP

Can you sync:

C:\Documents and Settings\<you>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

(path may vary but in your Outlook options you can find the store file
easily enough)

If not then there's a freeware tool here that's SUPPOSED to be pretty good
but I've never used it:

There's a freeware and business version. Make sure to get the one for
Outlook and not the one for files but you *should* be able to just sync the
pst from Outlook's store?
