allowing visitors to web page to modify excel or access documents

I am new to this but wondered if there is a way to post either an excel
document (preferred) or an access document to my page so that coworkers can
visit the page and make entries that will stick and stay with the page?
 
Yes, via ASP/VBscript. See FP's database components.
