Hi,
I want my database user shouldn’t be able to run any other XP applications
and only access database should open at startup. Please advise.
Regards

I assume you are running the PC as some kind of "kiosk" application?
That is, the only purpose of the PC is to run the Access application?
You don't wany anyone quitting the Access application, and/or, running
other applications?

If so, that's realling nothing to do with Access security - the topic
of this newsgroup.

Perhaps you start the database via one of the startup keys of the
registry, and use system policies to lock-down all the other functions
of the PC.

I'd be asking in a windows newsgroup, not an Access one. "How do I set
up my PC to run a specified application on startup, & not let the user
quit that application &/or run any other ones?"

HTH,
TC
