allowing pop-ups

oddly enough i need to know how to enable popups. trying
to do my taxes on H&R website and got a message to change
popup settings to medium or disable. i don't have any
software that blocks them so i assume there is something
in IE.
Any Ideas?

Depending what pop up stopper you are using. The one I
have you just hold the control key down while pressing
the button.
