Allowing permanent PDA access to Outlook Contacts and Address Book

I wish to allow my Palm handheld synchronization access to my Outlook address
Book and Contacts permanently, without the need to specify a time period each
time I synchronize.
 
You probably need to download the latest version of your sync software.
