ALLOWING AN INSTALL (change of mind)

While trying to load a programme called Ie Spyad which
inserts a list of known spy sites into IE security. I
inadvetantly clicked Block instead of allow. Now when I
try to install this programme the orange window pops up
with a denial. How can I change my option and progress ?

Go Tools > Real-Protections > View All Blocked Events, check the item that
has blocked and click the "Un-block item" link under the Blocked Event
Details.
