AFAIK ist's not explicitly forbidden, but I wouldn't do it because it
may annoy some people. Instead, reply to some unanswered questions and
include a link to your site in the signature.

Did you see that they changed the newsgroups in the Microsoft webpages
almost as you did told.

Only they changed it in a way, that when you speak English it is only for
people from the United States (and partialy SA)

I think that the one who is responsible for that should read the book from
William J. Lederer and Eugene Burdick.

I didn't take a look at the web interface...
