Allowed items

For some reason, in my Windows Defender History, all the items found and
allowed are listed, but they are not in the allow list...I went to the allow
list to block one of the items and the list was blank...there should have
been about 20 allowed items there...is my Defender faulty? Should I
reinstall? What's up with that?
 
Real Time Protection (RTP) does not put entries into "Allowed items". It
requires a scan to place entries into "Allowed items". I'm just the
messenger, so please don't shoot me.
