In Outlook 2000, the free-text field in a single contact (when you click it
from the list of contacts) was as wide as the window you opened it in. In
Outlook 2003, this field is only half the size of the window you open it in.
I would like to be able to grab a frame edge at the left of this field and
move it to wherever I want. The Phone Numbers and Addresses fields are
currently positioned to the left of this free-form text field and the width
of these fields is not modifiable.

you mean the notes field? You could customize the form, but then you'd lose
the contacts picture... or just resize the window. Making the field
independently resizable or movable in the form is difficult to impossible.
