Allow Users to Add Routes

How can I allow users to add routes to a W2K Pro machine?
I know they probably shouldn't be allowed to but it's
necessary in this case, unless I want to constantly make
the changes for them. TIA

Why would you need to constantly change routes? Never mind, that
wasn't your question. Use the ROUTE ADD command line, and best would
be in a login script that you change. They need to be local admins of
the system or use a RUNAS utility to run them under a different access
level.
