A standard user, local or domain, doesn't have access to
use graphs or charts. How can this access be granted? We
are a school district and don't permit our students to
have more than user access to the computers.

What do you mean by "access to use graphs or charts"? What happens when
the user tries to create a graph?

A error message pops up stating that they are not
installed or the program needs repaired. Office has been
deployed through Group Policy and up to this point
everything has worked. If you logon as a Power User or an
Administrator it works.
