Outlook 2003 (and 2007) should allow the user to select the older format of
"sticky notes" reminders which can be "stacked" and positioned on the screen,
instead of placing all of them in a single box. When a reminder comes due,
it pops to the foreground, and can then be repositioned. That is, let the
user decide the format.
