Allow other applications to send through Outlook

We have an internal apps that sends an email to a customer at midnight each
night. Prior to installing Outlook XP it worked without a problem but now we
are being prompted to give the application permission to send through outlook
and therefore a user has to be sitting in front of the machine and click the
Yes button in order for the email to be sent.

Is there a way we can get around this so it automatically sends from this
specific application?
