Allow or Block Cookies

When in the cookie settings you can allow or block certain cookies for
individual websites.

Does anyone know what file on the computer holds this information? I would
like to copy the same info to several machines without having to do it
manually.

I am not looking for the cookies. I am looking for the data file that keeps
track of the items listed in the allow or block list of cookie managment.
