Using Win2k sp3 terminal services in application mode. I would like to
enable managers to remote control user sessions. I don't want to make
managers part of the admin group. I would like the managers to request
permission to connect but admins should be able to connect without the
user's consent. Is this possible or should I look into using another
application like netmeeting? Thank you in advance for your help!

You can give the managers Remote Control permission, without
making them Administrators. I don't think that you can have
different settings for user's consent, though (can't check right
now).

Thanks guys, with the RDP permissions and a special group, it seems
possible. I wish I could also have the users be notified when a manager is
requesting remote control but that notification setting seems to be
universal.

This can be set on each individual user account via ADU&C or you can set it globally via Terminal Services Configuration MMC or GPO
