If you did an ignore always, you can change your mind.
Options, Settings, Spyware scan--look in the right pane.
If you simply allowed something, there's no going back--if
you allowed an install, you need to find an uninstall, or
run a scan and do a remove, perhaps.

Actually if you go to Real-Time Protection you can select the Security
Agents. For instance select "Application Agents" and another dialog wil pop
up allowing you to "Manage Application Agent Settings." Select that and now
if you can determine which action is applicable, you then have the option to
"Manage allowed/blocked..." and then deselect that item. Under the
Real-Time Protection view on the right hand side you have the option to view
all events. From there it might help you to identify which process is in
question.
