Allow/Block window scrolls of the screen!

When MSAS detects a possible need to block and the Allow/Block window pops
up in the bottom right corner it scrolls very quickly towards the top of the
screen and within 1/2 a second or so it is off of the screen. It is still
there as a running process but it cannot be accessed off screen.

Can anyone help me with this?

Matthew,

This is a known issue when the start menu is docked on the side of the
screen. We are working to resolve this soon. As a workaround, dock the
start bar at the bottom when testing the beta.
