Allow/Block privacy on sites

Can someone tell me how, if possible, to back-up or save the block/allow
list that is under internet options/privacy/sites? I know that you can
export/import cookies, but I am interested in saving this list.

My windows installation recently "died." I decided to reboot earlier this
morning and everytime explorer.exe started, it terminated unexpectedly...
Anyway... I ended up deleting one of my partitions and installing a totally
fresh copy. All seems well.................
But I was wondering how I would get into my old windows installation's
registry to import those cookie lists.
