Allow application to automatically access Outlook

We have several applications that at certain times of the day need to
automatically email reports from the application through Outlook. As Outlook
catches these and asks us to answer the two dialog boxes to allow access we
cannot do this unattended. Is there a setting in Outlook we can change so
that it will allow other applications to send email without needing the
approval?
