Allen Browne Calendar Code

I am using the Popup Calendar from Allen Browne.

Does anyone know why the line :-

'On Error GoTo Err_Handler

is remmed out on the cmdToday_Click, Form_KeyDown and Form_Open events
on the frmCalendar form. It probably doesn't matter but just wondering
if there is a reason for this.
