All Programs window shifted to the right

When I click on Start and then from the menu select "all Programs", the window that appears is shifted to the right and I cannot see the programs listed in the third column to the right. How do I move the window to the left to be able to see the contents in the right most column?
 
Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize and check Scroll Programs. Alternatively, rearrange your start menu so that there are fewer primay folders, and individual items on it.
