All Programs Pop Up Window

unable to see all programs...pop up spills over to the right and i cannot see all programs...how can i move the pop up window? Or be able to see the balance of programs?

Try a right-click on START|PROPERTIES|CUSTOMIZED|ADVANCED tab. Click the
"scroll programs" radio button.
