You have a couple of options. Right cdlick the Start Button and select
Properties/Customize Button/Advanced Button. Scroll down the list of options
until you see the Scroll Programs item. Select this option. This show the
All Programs menu in one fly out menu that will scroll.
Second option (recommended) is to right click the Start Button and select
Explorer All Users. Open the Programs folder and create sub-folders for
different categories of shortcuts to suit your needs. Move the shortcuts
from the All Programs menu into these sub-folders. This will have the effect
of adding fly-out menus from the All Programs menu and will reduce the
amount of screen space needed to display the entire menu.
