All Programs list

Can anybody tell me how to add a program to the "All Programs" list in XP? I
used to know how but, obviously, I've forgotten. Must be another senior
moment. Thanx in advance -- this time I'll write it down someplace.
 
To make it available to everyone who uses the computer, put the shortcut
to the program in "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Start Menu\Programs". This is
usually "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs".

If you only want it in your list, put the shortcut in
"%userprofile%\Start Menu\Programs". This is usually "C:\Documents and
Settings\USERNAME\Start Menu\Programs", where USERNAME is your account.

Put a shortcut to it in
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs
