When I click on start>>All Programs, only about a fourth of my programs are
now showing. They used to all show. there is nothing to scroll. Its just not
there anymore. I followed the instructions in the 8-26 post (link describing
the same problem). When I went in to correct the default values in the 4
areas it describes, there were no changes needed. The default values were
perfect, so no changes were made. That didnt help. Any other suggestions?? I
am not sure why only some of the programs are listed, hmmmmmm. Help!

I did find another post that mentioned going into trash bin and see if they
were there. It looks like most were, so I undeleted and I think I got most of
them. I would like to make sure I got all of them. Is there a way to cross
check and make sure? Is it just a matter of going to program files on hard
drive and cross checking with the shortcuts that now appear in the start>>All
Programs list?

Hi JR,

Pretty much, yes. You can always just create new ones for any that are
missing.
