Open an explorer window.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories
Right click wordpad.exe and keep holding the mouse button down
Drag it to the Start Button, wait 2 seconds, the start menu will expand.
Navigate to Programs.. Accesories and let the mouse button go.
Choose create shortcut from the context menu that appears.
To edit the shortcuts title right click it and select properties
It's just a shortcut. Create a new one to it in
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories
Or, right-click the file under C:\Program files\WindowsNT\Accessories and
use send to-->desktop (create shortcut). Then drag the new shortcut to the
start button. The menu should open where you can drag it to All
Programs/Accessories and drop it.
