Hello,

When I click START and then ALL PROGRAMS, it displays a list of all of my programs in my laptop. However, since I have been installing new programs, now the list only displays upto "S" and nothing after because there's no more space for it to display.

Is there a way I can make it to display all programs, from A to Z?

Any suggestions and comments are much appreciated.

Thank you.

How many columns does it display? Mine shows two columns in both
Classic and "previous" formats.

If your two columns are full and there is no way to add a third, the
simplest solution might be to organize your start menu by placing
several related programs in folders.

Hello silkunicorn,
However, since I have been installing new programs, now
the list only displays upto "S" and nothing after because
there's no more space for it to display.

Are you sure that all entries in that list are "start the program" entries,
and not also support-programs/data (which you will never use/click) ?
After installation I normally move the "click me to start the program" entry
to the start menu folder (meaning it appears in the main list), and remove,
from that same start menu, the folder it came from (its a so-called "virtual
folder" containing only links. That means that when you remove the folder
all the stuff it points to will still exist. For most installed programs
those contents can still be found in the "programs" folder)

Also, a default OS installation has already grouped certain programs in
folders like "Accessoiries", "games" and "startup". You could do the same.

And a remark: Even using a 1024x768 display you should be able to display at
least 4 colums with about 30 entries each. That means over 120 entries.
Thats a *lot* of programs. Are you sure you actually use all of those
programs ?
