I went today to save on a CD-R a Power Point file. In the
process of saving, there was a prompt box that said the
file is a read-only file. I knew that I never save my
files as read-only, so I was perplexed. I went to my
computer and to the files and its folder and it indeed
was marked read-only. When I attempted to uncheck read-
only and press apply, after I closed out of the file and
re-opened it to re-check the properties, it still
indicated read-only. After checking that particular file,
I checked all of my files which also indicated read-only.
This has never happened before. Please help with the
problem.
