i DLd and installed MSAS a few days ago and the 1st few
scans everything looked great...all of a sudden all kinds
of problems developed...things like the security agents
keep getting deactivated i turn them on and when i check
again they're off...during the 1st scan it detected
something called pokapoka62.exe and i removed it but its
still there and now theres something called pokapoka63.exe
as well as 62...also within the last few hours ive been
getting warnings that my virtual memory is getting low...
not sure what to do and i would appreciate any advice
anyone can offer...thanks in advance

Are you using the firewall? Do you run anti-virus and scan
all webpages, email and downloads? Do you download and run
screensavers, games and other stuff from websites and even
worse, from spam links?

I now find that Windows Firewall is switching itself off.
Although I put it back on, after rebooting it is off once
again. This seems to be since I installed MSAS. Is this a
common problem and how do you fix it?

i dont use the firewall and as a general rule the only
DLing done besides the spyware stuff is music also
regarding my original post pokapoka62.exe and
pokapoka63.exe still run but now MSAS doesn't detect them
ive also seen pokapoka64.exe as well

Try running Hijack this, (put it into google you will
find lots of references) there are quite a few good
websites which give advice on the log file produced.

Give it a whirl

Dave
