I installed Vista and can no longer record what I'm viewing, I can
still continue to play from my computer to the tv. I notice there have
been some drivers released as of March 28th. I'm not an expert by any
means but will these catalyst control drivers help me with my problem
or do I need multi media software drivers to fix my not being able
to record tv with Vista. everything worked fine with xp.

Recording on an All-In-Wonder is not currently supported on Vista. You
need to either go back to XP or obtain a tuner that is supported on
Vista.

thanks for responding, I t have one slot open but my power is only
400 so with another card I may need an upgrade there. What card would
you recommend and do you think ATI will come up with drivers for
Vista or have they and Microsoft hung us out to dry. Just purchased
all in woner x800xt about a year ago so not real happy with looking
at another expenditure.

I'd be guessing but since it appears that AMD has chosen to ditch the
AIW product line and the antiquated Theatre 200 chip never had MCE
support, it seems unlikely.

If you have a USB2 connector open the Hauppauge HVR-950 might be a good
bet.

This has worked for some people with the Theatre 200.
