all in wonder needed

I need a PCI All-in-Wonder for an student project I'm doing with an
embedded PC (the bus is pretty slow, so it only has PCI support). My
major requirement is to have a board with a hardware DVD decoder, but
having the ability to capture video would be very helpful as well.
