All in Wonder 9700 and Vista

Has anyone been able to sucessfully get the All in wonder 9700 video/TV
capture featers to work in Windows Vista? I have the 7.2 beta catalyst
drivers. I am able to capture audio (analog camcorder, S-Vid connection)
but the video wont come though at all or its extremly choppy, where its
barley viewable. I have tried 3 different video capturing applications and
have about the same results with each. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
 
Sorry to say that Vista is having a difficult time running current video
card, let alone old video cards.

Vista works fine with just about *all* video cards.

The AIW 9700 Pro uses software video encoding and thus is not supported by
either Vista or by the ATI drivers for Vista.

Vista and my AIW 9600XT seem to be getting along just fine.

I installed Vista 32bit Home Premium and the 7.2 Vista driver works
fine for my old Radeon 9700 Pro video card. Howeve when it comes to
installing the Vista 7.1 driver for my NEW ATI TV Wonder Elite it does
not finish installing and screws up quite a few other drivers. Only a
system restore saves the day!

AMD/ATI support has been totally useless; I just get the impression
that I need to wait and some one sometime in the future will solve the
problem.

Is there anyone that has the TV Wonder Elite working with an ATI video
card on Vista?
