All Fields tab?

What happended to the 'All Fields' tab in BCM?
I can use it in general contacts, but once I switch to BCM, it's gone. It's
a handy feature for data entry, etc.

It's not implemented in 2003 or 2007.

I combed MS's site but couldn't find any reference to it.
