all events not showing

we have an office schedule set up in our office. when we go into it i can
see all 10 of the events at the top, but my neighbor can only see 7 of the 10
events. is there an option some place to change to allow my neighbor to see
the 10 events
 
Is your neighbor's PC set to a different resolution than yours?
