Ok I've never had this happen before but since the time change all my
Calendar events are off by one hour. My PC clock is correct, my server clock
is correct, time zones are correct however my 10:00 AM appointment prior to
the time change is now going off at 9:00am.

So are you adjusted or unadjusted Tools || Options || Calendar Options ||
Time Zone ||

Yes that setting is set to adjust for DST. OWA also showing everything setup
prior to DST as off an hour.

Outlook and PC is set to adjust for DST. OWA also showing everything setup
prior to DST as off an hour.

If Windows is set to, say, "GMT-5 Eastern Time (US & Canada)" and Outlook is
set for, say, I"GMT-5 Indiana (East)", you might see this, since Indiana
doesn't observe DST and they're in sync with the Central time zone during
the summer when the rest of the Eastern time zone is on DST and match up
with the Eastern zone when it reverts to standard time and matches up with
Indiana. The events would span two days prior to the return to standard
time and would be a single day after that point.

Not the problem. Both set the same and the result is being echoed in OWA so
I'm thinking Exchange more than Outlook.
