All email inbox showing in all Business Contacts history??

All emails that are currently in my Inbox show up in the History for all of
my Business contacts. How can I remove these from all contacts and get the
corresponding emails to attach to the correct contact histories.
 
BCM sometimes suffers from what is known as a forms cache corruption
problem. This can cause the symptoms you are seeing. Try the following:

Tools, Options
Other tab.
Advanced Options button
Custom Forms
Manage Forms
Clear Cache
