Help !! I have a user on Outlook 2002 and when they put
an all day event in the calendar it spreads itself over
two days either the day before or the day after. I have
checked all time zones and they are correct, Windows XP
is set to GMT and to adjust to daylight settings and also
the time zone in calendar options is set for GMT and to
adjust to daylight settings. Does anybody have any other
ideas as to what may be causing this ? Thanks.

I am having the exact same problem using outlook 2003 with exchange
2003. Anyone come up with any solutions?

I also have this problem. One-day events span two days in Outlook 200
on a Windows XP Professional system. I did not have this problem wit
Outlook 2000. I would like to know how to get rid of the annoyin
clocks that display on each end of the event banner, too.

I am having the same problem with Outlook 2000 and XP Pro. It happened after
I synced with my Palm (which I do several times a week with no problems!)
This has added a day to all my events and birthdays and holidays are two days
long. I can't seem to find a quick fix. If you open the event and click "All
day event", it will display without the clock, but you then have to adjust
the duration of the event. Would love to find a global fix!!

it happens because the time zone or daylight time settings are not correct
on one device. correct the time in outlook so the items are correct, export
them to CSV format, change the time so it's correct and import. (if you only
need to fix all day items, open the file in excel and delete the other
appointments before importing. )

delete the items on the pda and fix the time settings, then sync.
