All Day Events - Limits

We have just run into a problem with All Day Events. Our departments have
been using them to keep track of overtime and vacation/sick time. However,
we have just determined that they appear to have limits. Here is the
description we have put together:

Outlook cannot view Calendar items in the "All day event" pane if it exceeds
a certain number. This number appears to be related to the screen resolution
(this section will not take up more than half of the pane). There is no
scroll bar provided to view additional items. There is also no way to
increase the number of viewable items. At 1024x768, it appears to be 12
viewable. at 1280x1024, it appears to be 21 viewable. There is not any
notification that the items exceed the viewable area (in the 5-day or 1-day
view).

Is there any way to allow the All Day Events section to display more events
(possibly a scroll bar)? We have people that do not wish to increase the
screen resolution (due to eye sight), yet they need to be able to see the
items for timekeeping. Thanks.

David,

I too am experiencing the exact same problem as you described below. A
scroll bar would be a solution but it doesn't look like that is an option
(which I think is VERY odd) from what I have found so far.

If I find a solution I will share it with you, would you do the same?

Thanks!
Greg

Jax,

I did set up a "Table view" of one of my public calendars. It works. It does
display everything, but it sure is ugly compared to the calendar views.
