I had a wierd thing happen in Outlook 2003(RTM). It changed all my birthdays
and special all day events to timed events(spread them over 2 days showing
timers on the edges). Also they were of course re-occuring events and I
could only edit them by the day, I could not delete the whole item, so I have
to delete all of them singly.
I tried to create a new Calendar so I created a new .pst and deleted the old
one, once I copied the email and contacts to the new .pst. Now I have 2
extra personal folders in the folder view and I can not remove them. I do
not see them in the Tools->options->email option databases, only in the "All
Mail Folders" view.
One other question I have duplicate holidays and I can not remove them, I
read some where to deselect them from the Tools->options->Calendar settings
and when I deselect the United States it does not allow me to select ok, it
is as if you need to have at least the US settings.
This problem is on my home machines also and was hoping I can resolve it
without having to completly rebuild the .pst
I am hoping someone here can help.
