Is there a way to permanently uncheck the "all day event"
box in appointment setup? Seems to me it would be an
obvious option but I can't find it, if it exists. Thanks.

Instead of doubleclicking the top of the day to create an appointment
doubleclick on a time so it will be your start time.

Another tip: The all day event will default if you are enterin
appointments using the monthly calendar view. If you are in othe
views, you do not get the event default

I don't think I was clear at all. What I would like to
do is change the default reminder time on an All Day
Event in Outlook 2002. The default is 18 hours. If I go
to Tools/Options and change the default time here, it's
for appointments only. How do I change that default for
All Day Events? Or how do I default it to nothing at all?
