Hi,
I have created this report where it is linked to another workbook that
contains all data. The report workbook pulls data and calculates data from
the other "data workbook). Formulae used vary from sum, sumif, lookups,
counts etc. the problem is when i open the report workbook, no matter which i
choose either to update or not update links, all the cells the contain a
formula comes out with #VALUE! error. However when I open the data workbook,
this is fixed and all calculations are correct. Why does this happen and how
can i avoid this from happening?
Ideally I would just like to open the reports workbook, update links and it
should give me the right calculations.
Cheers.
