All applications have small images

Just recieved Dell Inspiron 6000 with XP Professional. All fonts and
graphics are very small and difficult to view. When I change screen
resolution, things don't fit properly on screen and the area for mouse
clicking seems to move away from image defining the clicking area. Can
anything be done to increase size without distorting the graphics in the
applications?
 
send a quick note to dell tech support.
that accomplishes 2 things:
- You receive suppport from your new investment
- They know that they are not doing a good job
