Hi all,

I am always creating process diagrams for people in the company and each one
is different.

What I would like to know is this:

I normally have a lot of boxes that are the same size and I need them to
line up evenly on a part of the slide. Is there a way to select all the
boxes in question and have the gaps evenly spaced automatically?

I currently use grid lines and zoom in by 200% and then use my eye to make
them even. I was hoping there was a more efficient way to do this.

Thanks in advance,
Wade

As Echo says you should probably select them with ctrl click and use the
align tools Format tab in 2007 or drawing toolbar in 2003/3.

You might like to play with this trick though also if the shapes are identical

Place the first shape. Ctrl D to duplicate it. Drag this shape to exactly
where you need it.

Ctrl D again will auto place more shapes in the correct position
