Alignment issues during design/runtime and other machines

I am attempting to create a windows form that will have a Group Box and a
User Control right underneath. When I lined them up in the designer one
right below the other, they do not look the same as when I actually run the
application. For some reason, it pads the space between the Group Box and
User Control, cutting off the top of Group Box and the bottom of the User
Control. I can overlay them in the designer and then when I run, the
padding between is reduced and they both fit on the page. The problem is
that it only appears that way on my PC. If I attempt to bring it up on
someone else's PC, the line up is different. The items are overlayed. Is
there something that needs to be set up on the monitors to get a consistent
display in the designer and with the running of the application?

Hi TS,

Based on my understanding, you meet the position different issue during
design-time and run-time on your specific PC, but the problem disappear on
other PCs.

For this issue, it should be the specific problem of your PC display. I
suggest you update your display card's driver and your monitor's driver to
the lastest version to see if the problem is fixed.

Also, you may try to change the display resolution to see if the problem
exists in different resolution.

If all the ways can not fix the problem, I suggest you change another
monitor and display card to determine if the problem is caused by the
system or the display area.

Hope this information helps.
